Can someone from diaspora buy a plot?
Yes they can. You can select your preferred plot then we shall book it for you. We then give you our company account details where you can wire the payment. You then give us your details as you would like the title to appear when transferred to you. We process the titles within 6 to 10 months after payment is done. When the title is ready, you can either write to us instructing us to issue the title deed to your family member or your lawyer or alternatively we ship/mail it to you.
What is the size of your plots?
Our plots are 1/8th of an acre.

Am I charged anything for the site visit?
No, the site visit is free of charge.
What happens after I have selected a plot?
You fill in an online Offer Letter, make payments for your plot then we start on the documentation process upon full payment, where you will give us a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, postal address and 3 passport photos. After signing the sale agreement and transfer forms, we will process your title deed within the given timelines and notify you when it is ready for collection.
How long does it take to process title deed?

Are title transfer fees included in the price?
Yes they are. There are no hidden charges.
What are the different modes of payment that you have?
We have a cash option where payment is made within 30 days. We also have an installment option of up to 12 months.
What documents do you need for plot purchase?
We require a national identification card or a valid Kenyan passport, KRA pin and a passport size photo.
